Description

The article discuss the crimes and sins that take place in Monte Carlo. Illustrated as the historical "sin city" because of the gambling, corruption and tragedies that take place there. Not form the locals but by the visitors. They gamble their money which result in suicide, murder, robbery, etc. The city has no regulations or concerns in preventing such crimes.
