Description

The document I chose is an advertisement for a boarding house, which is where working people went to eat and live in the 18th century, They usually didn't have families and were of young ages. Nan Grant's home was kind of the same thing, she fed and housed six working men.

The only difference is that, Nan Grant also housed Gretty's mother before she died which is unusual. The article states that lodging is available by week or month. That's another difference because it seemed that the men living at Nan Grant's house were there for way longer than that.
